This collar is so sweet! French in origin, it date's to the 1940s/50s and is made up of a fine sheer mesh with an outer biased edge and a silky threaded central design. It also has innter tabs where you can pin it in place for temporary outfit flare! 

For millinery use, we popped this on top of a halo crown fascinator and it had the perfect curve. Ideal for a vintage bride!
